How do I clean my swarovski crystal necklace (small triangular beads)? It has gotten quite dull.?

I bought it 3 years ago, and it does not sparkle anymore like it used to. The beads are quite small, probably 3mm in length.

Swarovski crystal has teamed up with Philips and launched Active crystals for the consumers. Bluetooth wireless earpieces were launched in the year 2008 with some crystal for their decoration.
